Piled raft garage foundation
Project Description
Morcon were contracted to install a piled raft for a new garage to a property in Derby.
The site was prepared by the main contractor, Carter Construction Limited (Derby), in preparation for our works.
Piles were driven to refusal; shuttering installed to main contractors setting out lines, heave precaution materials and reinforcement were installed to Morcon Senior Engineer’s specifications. Concrete was cast and finished to a high standard ready for the garage to be constructed.
All works carried out on time and within budget.
